Delivery Time: Orders are typically delivered within 6 to 10 Business Days after being placed.

Customer Responsibility for Wrong Orders

The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping cost.

Once an order has been dispatched:

Address changes cannot be made.

The customer will bear the cost of re-shipping the product to the updated address.

Wrong Address

If a wrong address is provided and the package cannot be delivered:

The order will be returned to our warehouse.

The customer will be charged for re-shipping the product to the correct address.

Refunds for undeliverable packages will exclude the original shipping charges.

Cancellations

Orders can be canceled before they are dispatched.

Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible.

Parcels Damaged During Transit

If your parcel is visibly damaged upon delivery:

We will promptly investigate and resolve the matter through a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

Taxes

Any applicable sales taxes are included in the listed product prices and shipping fees, wherever required by law.
