Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

Items must be in original condition, unused, unwashed, and in the original packaging with all tags attached.

Products showing signs of wear, washing, stains, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.

Custom or personalized t-shirts and items marked as “Final Sale” are non-returnable, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Return requests must be initiated within 30 days of delivery. Requests beyond this period may be declined, unless approved by our team for exceptional reasons.

To initiate a return:

Email us at support@layxer.com with your order number and reason for the return. Approved returns will be issued a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions.
Unauthorized returns (without an RAN) will not be processed and may be sent back at the customer’s expense.

Customers are responsible for safely returning the product. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Return Label Options

For accepted returns, we offer:

Downloadable PDF: A return label will be emailed for printing and use.

Included in Package: A physical return label may be included on request.

Conditions for Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for returns:

Gift cards or promotional vouchers

Items marked as “Final Sale”

Products showing misuse, improper handling, stains, or signs of washing and wear

Process for Returning Items
Contact our support team at support@layxer.com with your order details and photos (if necessary).

Once approved, you’ll receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and return address.

Ship items back within 7 business days of receiving the RAN.

Once received, the returned item will undergo inspection (3-5 business days).

If approved, we will notify you via email and proceed with your refund or exchange.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect:

Notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing support@layxer.com with a description and photos.

In such cases, Layxer will cover return shipping costs and offer a replacement or refund based on your preference.

Do not attempt to wash, wear, or repair a damaged item, as this will void your eligibility for a return or replacement.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges under the following conditions:

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.

Contact our support team to request an exchange. Approved exchanges will receive a return shipping label.

If the requested item is out of stock, a refund will be issued instead.

Sale, personalized, or custom t-shirts are not eligible for exchange.

Refund Policy

Refunds are processed promptly once the returned item passes inspection.
